Optimists honor Skyview students

NAMPA -- The Nampa Optimist Club presented awards to area high school essay winners recently.
     The topic was "If I Could Give Freedom Away."
     First place winner was Tyler Ciscell; second place, Andrea Griffitts and third place, Kip Smith, all of Skyview High School.
     Ciscell's first place award enables him to advance to district where $10,000 in scholarships will be awarded.
