     Ashlyn Pharris, 7, front, of Nampa yells out a cheer Thursday at the Nampa Recreation Center during a camp to train cheerleaders for the upcoming Optimist Youth Football season. Approximately 50 Canyon County girls, ages 7-12, are on the squad -- the first of its kind in Nampa -- and more girls are being recruited.
